"I enjoy being an EMT at Tri-Med because I am around people who care for what they do. Although many of the people, including myself, are using this experience as a stepping-stone toward a future goal, I have not met anyone who is not eager to get out on the ambulances and work. I think Tri-Med has done an excellent job finding employees who genuinely care for the community that it serves."

Access your schedule, transmit or view shift trade requests, shifts off requests and additional communication.
Tri-Med believes its employees are its most important asset and the company has made recruiting, hiring, and training quality employees its highest priority. Our EMTs have a reputation of being well trained, friendly, compassionate, helpful, and excellent partners to the clients they serve and the patients they transport. In an effort to maintain high levels of communication within the Tri-Med Ambulance environment, our employees are provided with access to an online crew scheduler. This allows employees to transmit or view shift trade requests and shift off requests, visualize their schedules, and submit their hours of employment daily.
S.O.A.P. Stars recognized
In Tri-Med’s monthly crew meetings, special recognition is given to employees who exhibit exceptional report writing. Their reports are shared with the other EMT’s and a discussion takes place regarding the report neatness and completeness. As an expression of gratitude, Tri-Med management awards these employees a prize for their part in simplifying the billing departments function.
The difference is the attitude of our people!
