2. How do I order more Tri-Med promotional materials (i.e. candy, pens, transfer envelopes, etc)?

3. If I have a question about an ambulance bill, what should I do?

   Although sometimes the billing issue can be resolved only through a third party, such as Medicare, Tri-Med will help in any way we can, including any navigating-the-system tips and tricks we know about.

4. I have a complaint or a compliment: Who should I contact?

   Everyone here at Tri-Med is committed to ongoing improvement, and we love to hear about it when someone does an especially good job, so please let us know what you think by emailing us at customerservice@trimedambulance.com
